Interested in LULUCF, Carbon Accounting and GHG Mitigation in the Forest Sector?

This next CASTLE training will address the variety of aspects related to carbon accounting, GHG mitigation through land use change and forest management strategies, and side effects of forest resource use on the GHG balance. The training will utilize a combination of lectures, exercises with simulation models, field excursions and interactive discussions.

4 interested and motivated persons outside the CASTLE network can now attend the training week in Prague, 4-8 November 2013. Training is meant for PhD students and others interested in the topic. Participation fee is 405/495 EUR and covers accommodation, meals and excursion costs.
